Before you pay

project and request more information from the Customer. Make sure you are clear about the project before you begin working on it.
Updates
You might consider
updating the Customer on your progress throughout your work. This is important
especially if it's a long project. This will assure that there is no
confusion over what is expected to be delivered at project completion.
Provide Demo
Before sending
the final materials to the Customer, you should provide a sample so that they can confirm it is what they wanted done. This is a good practice to keep both parties informed and working together "on the same page" - towards the same vision and goals.
