Greetings, I am seeking a business/marketing plan writer that is familiar with on-line business start ups, specifically in the educational field to write a 16-20 30-40 page business proposal/marketing plan The perspective writer should have a background in on-line business AND the education market (high school/college). The proposal would require a general business AND marketing plan for an on-line service directed at prospective h.s. & college students (and also their parents) that would offer advice, tips, information, and guidance regarding the best ways to apply to private schools, prep schools, or colleges for U.S. and foreign students, for example, studying for SAT's, GRE's Toefl, etc. I own about eight URL's with domain names that would appear in web searches for school admission advice. Currently they are all 'parked.' Things to consider would be content, appropriate links, products to sell, SEO.
